It serves as the single source of truth for how our advisory services are defined, delivered, and supported — bringing together delivery assets, reference cases, templates, methodologies, and frameworks in one place.

Understanding Completeness
Each offering is scored across four dimensions:
- Assets (90%+) — Delivery decks, tools, frameworks, and documents.
- Owner (70%+) — Named practice lead with contact information.
- Templates (50%+) — Reusable templates for client-facing work.
- References (<50%) — Published case studies, client stories, and articles.
The overall score is the average of all four segments. Aim for 80%+ across all offerings.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add or update an offering?
Contact your practice lead or the Advisory Hub admin team. Offering creation and updates are managed through the admin API. A self-service UI is planned for a future release.
How does AI training generation work?
Click the 'Generate Training' button on any offering or framework detail page. The z.ai model generates a structured training program including learning goals, topics, exercises, and outcomes. Generated content is stored and can be regenerated at any time.
Are the assessments scored?
Yes. Each assessment is scored as a percentage and mapped to a performance band: Expert (90%+), Proficient (75%+), Developing (60%+), Foundational (40%+), or Beginner (<40%). Rationale is provided for each question after submission.
How often is the catalog updated?
Practice leads are expected to review and update their offerings quarterly. The completeness indicator helps identify offerings that need attention.
